POLICIES

Minimum booking — There is a two night minimum all year and a three night minimum for holidays.

Rates are for up to maximum occupancy and do not include the taxes or the $40 one time reservation fee. Rates may be subject to change, so please confirm at time of reservation.

Deposits — We require a 50% deposit plus the $35 reservation fee to hold a cabin. Deposits must be made by credit card. We accept VISA, Master Card and Discover cards.

Cancellations — We will refund full deposit (less the $40 reservation fee) if the reservation is canceled at least 45 days prior to the arrival date. For later cancellations, the deposit (less the $40 reservation fee) will be refunded ONLY IF we can re-rent the cabin. No-shows will be charged in FULL unless the cabin is re-rented.

Pet Friendly — Pets are accepted with an additional $50 cleaning fee.

Smoking — Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin.
